Warranty and Returns

Our products are 1000% custom-made with the best attention to detail and quality. We take great care and consideration when designing and making our products. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please let us know, and we will see how we can make it right. 

 

Only damaged products can be remedied by replacing the product within 30 days from the initial purchase date. For a full refund, products must be returned in new condition without damage after 14 days the initial purchase date. In order to return a product, shipping cost and packaging is the customer’s responsibility, and we cannot resume responsibility for damages from the shipping provider. Design Maker 21 is not responsible for misuse, neglect, or extreme temperature or humidity exposure. 

 

After the initial purchase, please notify Design Maker 21 right away if a product was damaged in shipping or an item was lost in the mail. 

International Shipping

We will try to ship to other countries. Please be patient with the timing and expectations of receiving your product. 

 

The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, international customs fees, import fees, and tariffs. Please check your country’s import policies.
