Your Cheese Slicer is crafted from organic materials that can absorb moisture.
- Avoid Submerging: Do not fully submerge your Cheese Slicer for over a few seconds.
- Hand Wash Only: Never place it in the dishwasher; wash it by hand as soon as possible.I recommend using Dawn Powerwash Spray, warm water, and a Scrub Daddy pad for cleaning. Be gentle—avoid aggressive scrubbing.
After washing, dry your cutting board with a hand towel, then allow it to air dry in the dish drainer or on the countertop.
Once dry, apply Board Butter (Mineral Oil + Beeswax) before storing it away. This will help maintain its moisture-wicking properties and ensure your Cheese Slicer lasts decades.
