Shipping Policy

Free Local Pick-up or Delivery

We currently offer free local pick-up and delivery in Pittsburgh, PA, and surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius. Outside of the 25-mile radius is an additional charge $1 per mile. 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for late or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

Shipment Processing Time

Once an order I placed, we will contact you to let you know when you can expect to receive your order. Remember, all that we create is always custom and some orders take time to fulfill. Please allow enough time to fulfill your request(s). 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery especially around peak holiday seasons. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delayed packages are not a valid reason for a refund. After 30 days in transit, a lost mail claim can be filed, and a refund may be considered in that case. 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for incorrect shipment address. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure all personal information is correct prior to purchase.
