All items are non-refundable, but if damage occurs from shipping, please let us know within 2 days from receipt. If 2 days have passed since receiving your product, we can’t offer you a full refund due to speculation.

If your product becomes damaged from shipping, please let us know and we will file a claim with the shipping provider. And we will remake your product and send you a new one.

Please do not send your product back to Nathan Gregg unless otherwise directed.
